Why does my tracking number say “Label Created, not yet in System” or “Status Pre-Shipment”?
Our pickup from USPS and UPS is usually between 4:30-5:00pm (EST) every business day. Once your package arrives at the distribution center it will be scanned in, but this process can take up to 24 hours. Until the shipping carrier is able to make that scan you will see one of the above messages when you attempt to track your package. The good news is that the message means your package is boxed and has been processed and will be on it’s way to your destination shortly.
