Why did my Credit Card get Declined?
Our system can decline credit card transactions for accounts that are in good standing for a number of reasons. The most common reason is there is an issue with your billing address. In order to protect our customers from credit card fraud we match the address you enter when you place your order with the address your bank has on file for your credit card. Even a simple typo or transposed number can cause a decline on our end.
